FANS! We installed lots of them today. Attic work in the summer got us questioning our life choices - but we got it done! 🥵 1. Our return clients wanted two ceiling fans replaced. When we took off the old ones, we were shocked to find that the previous electrician hadn’t put in a fan rated electric box! We got them all sorted out with a box they could do a pull-up on after we were done the install. 2. Next we moved to the bathroom where the previous fan sounded like a 737 engine taking off. We replaced it with a nice quiet yet powerful Braun model. 3. For some better circulation in the basement office we installed a little plug-in exhaust fan which will make all the difference moving out that stagnant air.

One of the most asked questions we get: Do we have enough space for an EV charger? With a loadmaster switch - the answer is yes! But what does a loadmaster switch do? That white box you see in picture 1 is a great example of one installed. Typically, the loadmaster switch would work in tandem with your oven circuit. In simple terms - the switch would automatically turn your EV charger on or off depending on if you are using your oven or not. No need for costly and intrusive service upgrades - an installation that will literally save you thousands!
